In 2011, Jeanie earned an Associate Degree in Communications from the University of Phoenix, laying a strong foundation for her ability to connect with others. Building on her diverse skill set, she graduated with honors in 2013 from American Commercial College as a certified medical coder and billing specialist—demonstrating her commitment to excellence, accuracy, and organization in the healthcare field.

At Cecil A. Ross Investment & Insurance Group, she wears multiple hats, serving as an Executive Assistant, Licensed Agent, and Social Media Maven. Her multi-faceted role demonstrates her adaptability and her ability to excel in different areas of the business.

Beyond her professional life, Jeanie is a creative force. She finds joy in the culinary arts, spending time concocting delicious dishes in the kitchen. Her love for books transcends her work, as she is an avid reader. Her artistic talents shine through her pursuits, which include drawing, painting, art journaling, and photography. In November of 2024, Jeanie married the love of her life, David. Together, they enjoy traveling in their red Jeep, affectionately named War Pony, with their dog, Xena. Their adventures together are a source of joy and inspiration in Jeanie's life.
