Cecil grew up in the West Texas communities of Midland and San Angelo. He attended and graduated college from Howard Payne University and received a degree in accounting. Cecil started his career in the insurance industry in 1988 and the financial services area in 1994. Cecil is the President of Cecil A. Ross Investment & Insurance Group which specializes in insurance services for individuals and businesses. He also owns C A Ross Wealth Management Group which helps individuals and businesses with financial services.
Cecil has been consistently recognized as one of the outstanding wealth managers in the Central and West Texas region. With the aide of his qualified staff of professionals, Cecil has contributed to the success of many generations of investors.
Cecil and his wife Christy have four children. When he is not working, he enjoys running, mountain biking, tennis and spending time with friends and family.
